Villa

The Villa is a detached home with one bedroom for 2 persons, and a common room which can sleep up to 2 more persons. The total area is 55 sq.m. plus a large balcony of 17 sq.m. for outdoor dining or relaxation. The Villa has 2 air-cons, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a toaster, kitchenware, satellite TV (37"), DVD/CD player, a bathroom with hot water. Cooking utensils and barbecue grill are available for a stay of 3 nights or longer, free of charge. Bottled water and coffee are available for free, and replenished daily.
Bedding arrangements: 2 single beds, or 1 king-size bed in the main bedroom. There is a window nook bed in the common room, plus a sofa bed.
This price is for 2 persons, including breakfast. For an additional guest, the charge is 450 Baht/person/night, including breakfast.

The Garage

Originally built as a small, temporary bedroom by the garage, the room was renovated, enlarged, and redecorated into a modern 25 sq.m. Deluxe room with a small balcony for guest to enjoy the scenery on the lower part of our property. The Deluxe room has an air-con, satellite TV, refrigerator, hot pot, free WiFi, and an ensuited bathroom. It offers guests a comfortable and private stay in a peaceful surrounding with a wonderful view of our garden and a panoramic view of Doi Luang Chiang Dao.

Phu Vara features a balcony, a picturesque view of a mountain (Doi Luang Chiang Dao), a garden, and a large fish pond. On-site self parking is available and free.

There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in, please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation.
Upon booking and confirmation of room availability, guest is required to deposit 50% of room price within 3 working days to secure a room. If the booking date is 3 days or shorter from check-in date, guest is required to deposit 50%  0f  room price immediately after room availability is confirmed to secure a room. Hotel's account information will be given to guest upon booking.
