The Villa is a detached home with one bedroom for 2 persons, and a common room which can sleep up to 2 more persons. The total area is 55 sq.m. plus a large balcony of 17 sq.m. for outdoor dining or relaxation. The Villa has 2 air-cons, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a toaster, kitchenware, satellite TV (37″), DVD/CD player, a bathroom with hot water. Cooking utensils and barbecue grill are available for a stay of 3 nights or longer, free of charge. Bottled water and coffee are available for free, and replenished daily.
Bedding arrangements: 2 single beds, or 1 king-size bed in the main bedroom. There is a window nook bed in the common room, plus a sofa bed.
This price is for 2 persons, including breakfast. For an additional guest, the charge is 450 Baht/person/night, including breakfast.
